The fifth day of Badger Boys State began with the citizens completing their last day in the schools of instruction. Some of the schools had quizzes to end the session but all made time for evaluations from the citizens in order to make the future sessions more successful.

In the afternoon, the citizens voted for the state primary elections. At the election, they narrowed the list of potential candidates for state-level positions down to one for each party. Here, citizens of Dodge County fill out their ballots.

After participating in or attending assembly and senate sessions this afternoon, citizens were able to burn off some energy outside playing sports or socializing. Recreation time is always a favorite throughout the week for citizens.
The keynote presentation for tonight’s assembly included a five-part speech by Counselors Blake, Austin, Michael, Derrick, and Bob. Each spoke about how the Man Box kept them from living true and healthy versions of themselves, and how they broke out of the Man Box to address issues like vulnerability and emotions to discover what healthy manhood is truly all about.
